Wildlife Recording

Without recording the wildlife where we live, we do not know what we have and how much of it is around.

This knowledge is vital to us as we work towards protecting and enhancing it, so it is essential that we record it.
We would be delighted to hear about your wildlife sightings, you can contact us direct or use the β€˜I spy wildlife in Three Bays’ Facebook page which is a great way to share to your sightings with the local community and to help identify things.

We also strongly advise you sending in sightings to the Environmental Records Centre for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly (ERCCIS). They have also developed an app you can use on your phone when you our out and about, this can be downloaded from most providers.

The aims of Three Bays Wildlife shall be to conserve, further discover and enhance the special natural environment of the Three Bays Wildlife area (defined as Carylon Bay to West Portholland its adjacent coastal waters and river catchment areas in-between).
